1) I authorise Cedrent Enterprises Pty Ltd t/a Jina Rent a Car to apply vehicle hire and associated charges to my credit card in Australian dollars.

2) I guarantee to pay all charges associated with the rental until the vehicle is returned, including time and kilometre charges, late return fees, Loss or Damage Liability, refuelling charges, infringement penalties, administration charges and all applicable taxes and duties.

3) I confirm that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by Cedrent Enterprises Pty Ltd's standard Rental Terms and Conditions.

4) I agree this authority form will be in place of and have the same meaning as a signed credit or charge card sales document.

5) If for any reason my credit card provider refuses payment, I guarantee to settle all debts immediately upon receiving a demand from Cedrent Enterprises Pty Ltd.
