Our Mission & Vision

Our mission and future vision are immensely important to us at Cedrent. Following them motivates and guides us to support and give back to the First Nations Business Sector, creating greater opportunities.

"To deliver exceptional vehicle hire
experiences driven by respect,
cultural integrity, and outstanding
service—empowering journeys and
building opportunities for the First
Nations Business Sector through
meaningful First Nations ownership."

Empowering the First Nations Business Sector. Our
work goes beyond vehicle hire. As a proudly First
Nations-owned business, we are a small but
determined cog in the commercial pillar of the
Nation Building Model — walking forward with
purpose to support and uplift the First Nations
businesses that make up our sector.
One of the key ways we do this is through our
Supply Chain Diversity Program. Currently being
piloted in Karratha, the program is designed to
replace traditional supply chain vendors with
Indigenous-owned businesses across every aspect
of our operations — from vehicle fit- outs and
servicing to signage, uniforms, office maintenance,
and more.
Our goal is to ensure that as Jina grows, the
commercial opportunities we generate are shared
with the First Nations businesses that surround us.
This is not just about ticking procurement boxes —
it’s about reshaping how supply chains function,
using our commercial footprint to drive real, longterm
economic outcomes for Aboriginal businesses
and communities.

What does the future hold?

We have a lot of plans for Cedrent and future strategies that could help pave the way for the First Nations Business Sector. With our mission in mind, our vision is clear and would make an enormous impact.
